There's no need to be paranoid about others discovering the contents of your vault, or even discovering that you have a vault at all thanks to some neat features in the premium version of this app! Upgrade (done in-app) and you'll get a feature called Secure Camera, which uses the main camera of your phone to unlock a hidden password entry keypad (done by running your hand over the lens).
Another cool premium feature is Break-in Attempts, which takes a photograph of anyone who enters the wrong password, so you can see who has been trying to spy on you. Obviously, this image is protected in the vault, too.

Using this, if someone finds out you've been hiding stuff and wants you to reveal all, you can use this fake Vault (by entering a second password) which won't show your secret photos and videos. Also in the premium version is Vault Online, which encrypts your data and stores it securely in the cloud.
The iOS version of NQ Vault isn't quite as fully featured as the premium version of Vault for Android. The Android version allows you to add other things to the vault, such as contacts, messages, and even call logs. Given the more closed nature of the iPhone OS, it's unlikely that we'll see these features added to the app for iOS, but we can hope!
Vault provides great functionality around its core offering of keeping files secure and away from prying eyes. While premium users have access to much more functionality than free users, the free version is fit for general use.
However, given the issues experienced by Vault's users from disappearing data to unhelpful or non-existent customer service, it is hard to recommend this app. To make matters worse, users have expressed that requesting refunds for the app is also difficult. If you decide to give this app a go, it's recommended to try the free version first, and if you decide to purchase the premium version, be extra cautious.
